Will Polish make my hair greasy?
When used as recommend in your regimen, Polish will not make your hair greasy. Just be sure to use the recommended amount based on your own personal hair needs.
Can I twist with it?
As you go, you can add a bit of Polish after Twist when creating your twists and braids. This will leave you with added definition and sheen. If your ends are prone to dryness or breakage, be sure to apply Polish there as well.
Can I use it before my styler?
You might use a bit of Polish with your styler for added definition and sheen, but your full application of Polish should be your last step. Polish was formulated to seal in the moisture you’ve added with your FORM conditioner, Multitask, and Styler. Have Polish as your outer layer also helps prevent frizz.
Can I use it as my styler?
Polish is a finisher and sealer. To get benefits like definition, conditioning, and hold, you’ll need to apply your recommended FORM styler first. You can however, use just Polish when refreshing on following days.
Why is it melting?
Polish was actually designed to melt in your hands for easy application! Just keep it stored in a cool area to keep it from melting but it will harden back up under cooler conditions.
Can I use it on my scalp?
Polish should be applied to your hair only, not the scalp. If properly cleansed, your scalp should produce a sufficient balance of natural oils on its own.
Applying more oil to your scalp can create buildup, stunt hair growth, and mask real scalp issues. Oil is not a remedy for a dry scalp. If you have concerns there, it’s important to figure out the true cause of dryness instead.
